The Wooden Spoon Library of Communication Aids

In 2001, the Wooden Spoon Society donated £22,000 to the rescource library of communication aids. This considerably enhanced the range of communication aids available for children to use during the assessment period.

is a registered charity, with members in every part of the UK and Ireland. The charity was formed in 1983, and comprises of dedicated people and supporters who want to add value to, and help children and young people with special needs.

There is a wide range of voice output communication aids, and switch-accessing equipment held within the library. Below are some examples of these:-
